At Papaiolo, we believe great cooking is built on simple things: quality ingredients, traditional recipes, and a passion for craft. Our wood-fired stone oven, heated to over 450 °C, is not just kitchen equipment, it is the heart of our culinary project. Here, traditional dough transforms into the perfect balance of crispy crust and tender crumb, crowned with first-rate ingredients.

But Papaiolo is more than just pizza. In our kitchen, you'll find authentic Italian pasta prepared according to traditional recipes, fresh mozzarella, and other specialties that transport you directly to Naples. Complemented by Italian wines, beer, spirits and coffee specialties that complete every experience.

We opened less than a year ago, and we're already eager to share our journey with you. Every day we learn, experiment, and perfect our craft. This journey brings us to a deeper understanding of Italian cuisine, to encounters with our guests, and to nurturing the passion that connects us all.
